Leasing Consultant Midland, TX 79705
$19/hr
Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
We're seeking a professional and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join a multifamily property management team in Midland, TX. This role is ideal for someone with leasing, sales, customer service, or property management experience who enjoys building relationships and helping residents find their next home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tour prospective residents and showcase community amenities
- Assist applicants through the leasing and qualification process
- Build rapport with prospects and current residents
- Support resident retention through exceptional customer service
- Coordinate leasing paperwork and office administration
- Ensure apartments are move-in ready
- Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ year of leasing, property management, sales, or related experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency in a Windows environment
- Organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
- Team player with a professional attitude
- Comfortable walking properties and climbing stairs as needed

- Monday-Friday
- 9:00 AM-6:00 PM
- 1-hour lunch
