HandyPro is hiring an experienced Senior Handyman / Maintenance Technician.

*Broward County through West Palm Beach, Florida
\n
*Full-time W-2 employment
\n
* $75,000 annual minimum guarantee with uncapped earning potential
\n
We’re looking for a skilled professional who can diagnose a problem, explain the solution, and complete quality repairs independently—from the first customer conversation through the final cleanup.
\n
You should bring at least 5 years of professional hands-on experience and strong skills across several areas:
\n
• Drywall repairs, patching, and painting
\n
• Carpentry, trim, doors, and hardware
\n
• Cabinet repairs and installation
\n
• Minor plumbing and general property maintenance within your qualifications
\n
• Troubleshooting and knowing when a licensed specialist is required
\n
What HandyPro provides:
\n
• Compensation $75,000 guaranteed minimum gross compensation per full employment year, with uncapped performance-based earning potential. Paid biweekly, with an annual reconciliation of the guarantee. Overtime paid separately as required. Full compensation details will be provided during the hiring process.
\n
• Biweekly payroll, with the annual guarantee reconciled at the end of each employment year
\n
• Overtime paid separately as required
\n
• Company-provided electric work van
\n
• Major tools when needed; your own everyday tools are preferred
\n
• Company uniforms and safety equipment
\n
• 12 paid vacation workdays after one year, plus 3 paid sick days, with unused time carrying forward
\n
• Annual performance reviews and opportunities for advancement
\n
Schedule: Six days per week, 9 a.m.–6 p.m., including a meal period.
\n

A valid driver’s license and eligibility to drive the company vehicle are required.
