Job Title: Property Tax Coordinator

Duration: 03 Months

Location: Hybrid - Cumberland Office (onsite 3 days a week Tues-Thurs)

Pay Rate: $23 - $25/hr

Shift: Monday to Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST

We're Hiring: Coordinator III Property Tax Team

Join our team as a Coordinator III supporting a large, multi-state property tax portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with experience in property tax, compliance, or real estate operations who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and process property tax notices and related documentation
Support property tax appeal workflows and compliance deadlines
Maintain audit-ready records and document management systems
Run and distribute reports using Excel (Pivot Tables required)
Track portfolio activities, deadlines, and workflow progress
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, business stakeholders, and landlords

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in property tax, real estate compliance, or a related field
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and reporting
Strong organizational, communication, and time-management abilities
Experience working in a regulatory or compliance-focused environment preferred
Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or related field preferred
Schedule: 8:30 AM 5:00 PM EST
