We are currently seeking motivated and member-oriented individuals to join our team as a Desktop Support Technician.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Desktop Support Technician To provide hardware, software, and communication support to maintain the efficiency of the computer systems installed.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provides technical assistance with hardware, software, mobile devices and communication problems encountered by staff, both at onsite locations and remotely as needed.

- Monitors and makes system updates/modifications for the Credit Union's computer systems.

- Oversees the full lifecycle of user account management within Active Directory and various systems.

- Researches, modifies, tests, and installs hardware and software additions or replacements.

- Maintains company documentation standards for proper issue tracking and end user support, writes concise informative tickets, and follows up on all tickets to resolution.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Two years of similar or related experience preferred.

- Two-year college degree or completion of a specialized certification preferred; Training or transferable skills will also be considered.

- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Schedule:

- Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

- Participate in on-call 24/7 coverage on a rotational basis.
