Job Description
Job DescriptionFormal Education Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Computer Science or other related field or equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.
Experience & Training Required:
- Certification for relevant applications is required upon hire.
- Five (5) years of application support experience.
- Preferred: Healthcare experience.
- Preferred: Two (2) years project management experience and/or application lead experience.
Other Skills, Competencies and Qualifications:
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency with workflows to foster problem solving.
- Capability to understand the application functionality and how it relates to departments while making recommendations for integration into operational flow.
- Ability to coordinate cross-team discussions and collaboration and present solutions in an organized manner.
- Mentors team members to set priorities and utilizes problem-solving techniques with minimal direction and appropriate collaboration.
- Flexibility to adapt to new situations and changing environments, including leading the change.
