Compensation:

$100,000 + Annually

Responsibilities:

• Meet with sellers to understand their goals and needs
• Create pricing and listing strategies based on market data
• Market properties and coordinate listing activities
• Negotiate offers and manage transactions through closing
• Keep clients informed throughout the selling process
• Work with our Inside Sales and Marketing teams to convert leads into listings

Qualifications:

• Active Virginia Real Estate License

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Professional and client-focused

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented

• Coachable and willing to follow proven systems

• Team-oriented with a growth mindset

• Listing experience is a plus, but not required
