Bar Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bar Manager to lead our bar operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily bar operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service
- Develop and implement bar menus, including signature cocktails and specials
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and licensing laws
- Train, supervise, and motivate bartenders and bar staff to deliver high-quality service
- Manage stock levels, order supplies, and control costs to maximize profitability
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting bar environment
- Monitor sales performance and prepare reports for management
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Bar Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent knowledge of mixology, beverages, and bar equipment
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food and beverage service
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Relevant certifications such as TIPS, ServSafe, or equivalent are a plus
