Job DescriptionWe are seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician to support our hotel/resort property in South Padre Island, TX.
Responsibilities:
Perform general hotel maintenance and repairs.
Troubleshoot basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and facility issues.
Maintain guest rooms, common areas, and equipment.
Respond to maintenance requests promptly.
Perform preventive maintenance and ensure safety standards.
Requirements:
1+ year of maintenance experience preferred.
Hospitality/hotel experience is a plus.
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs.
Reliable, responsible, and able to work weekends/holidays as needed.
