Are you an experienced Community Association Manager looking for an opportunity with a stable, growing organization that values exceptional customer service, employee development, and long-term success?


We are seeking an experienced Community Association Manager to oversee a portfolio of homeowner associations throughout Colorado.


This position offers flexibility based on your preference. Qualified candidates may work remotely (Denver area preferred, but exceptional candidates throughout Colorado and neighboring states will be considered), or relocate to beautiful Glenwood Springs, Colorado. Relocation assistance of up to $2,500 is available for qualified candidates.

What You'll Do

  • Manage a portfolio of 12–15 community associations
  • Build strong relationships with HOA Boards, homeowners, vendors, and business partners
  • Prepare for and facilitate Board meetings
  • Prepare, review, and interpret financial statements and assist with annual budgets
  • Manage architectural requests, covenant enforcement, and community compliance
  • Coordinate vendors, negotiate contracts, and prepare Requests for Proposal (RFPs)
  • Partner with Boards to provide strategic guidance and exceptional customer service
  • Ensure compliance with governing documents and the Colorado Common Interest Ownership Act (CCIOA)

What We're Looking For

  • 5–10 years of Community Association Management experience
  • Experience managing multiple HOA/community association portfolios
  • Strong knowledge of Colorado HOA laws and regulations
  • Experience working directly with HOA Boards and homeowners
  • Experience preparing and managing association budgets and reviewing financial statements
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized with exceptional time management skills
  • Professional, proactive, and able to work independently

Preferred Qualifications

  • CMCA Certification preferred
  • Ability to obtain M-100 Certification within 90 days if not currently certified

Schedule

  • Monday-Friday
  • 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Mountain Time
  • Flexibility to accommodate occasional evening Board meetings

Compensation & Benefits

  • $70,000-$80,000 annually
