$122,000 - $225,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
- Generate and follow up with leads to build a robust client base.
- Attend regular training and coaching sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Set appointments for buyers and sellers, ensuring a seamless transaction process.
- Nurture relationships through phone, email, and follow-up systems to maintain client engagement.
- Manage and update client information in the CRM for accurate and efficient record-keeping.
- Track activity and progress toward team goals to ensure alignment with our collective objectives.
- Collaborate with team members to foster a supportive and growth-oriented environment.
Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service or sales, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proven track record of setting and achieving personal or professional goals, showcasing your drive and determination.
- Familiarity with CRM systems or willingness to learn, ensuring accurate and efficient client record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, fostering a supportive and growth-oriented environment.
