Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

A Masters degree with at least 7 to 10 years of professional experience, or a PhD with over 6 years of relevant experience.

Advanced academic background in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a similar quantitative field.
\n
Deep technical expertise in large language models and transformer architectures such as BERT, T5, and RoBERTa.
\n
Practical experience implementing generative AI and LLMs including GPT, Claude, and Mistral.
\n
Advanced proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and modeling.
\n
Demonstrated experience with big data ecosystems including Spark, Hadoop, or AWS.
\n
Strong background in various algorithms including deep learning, random forests, and gradient boosting.

The base salary for this position typically ranges from 115,400 to 192,300 dollars per year, plus eligibility for an annual performance bonus.
