    • Use 10ZiG Repurpose or USB installer tools to convert existing workstations and deploy standardized disk images.
  • VDI Broker Integration:
    • Configure and troubleshoot endpoint connections to primary VDI and DaaS environments, including Omnissa (VMware) Horizon, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), AWS WorkSpaces, Citrix Workspace, and Parallels RAS.
    • Optimize multimedia and peripheral performance (Blast Extreme, PCoIP, USB redirection, smart cards, and Microsoft Teams optimization).
  • Troubleshooting & Support:
    • Utilize 10ZiG Manager tools for remote shadowing, real-time client control, power scheduling, and centralized log retrieval.
    • Diagnose network connectivity, protocol drops, hardware adapter issues, and unified write filter (UWF) local overlays on Windows IoT builds.
  • Security & Compliance:
    • Implement security baselines such as DISA STIGs, multi-factor authentication, and role-based access control (RBAC) within the management console.
    • Support Authorization to Operate (ATO) and Certificate to Operate (CTO) documentation packages.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3-5+ years in enterprise IT, focusing heavily on VDI or End-User Computing (EUC) endpoint management.
  • 10ZiG Expertise: Hands-on administration of 10ZiG Manager, firmware management, and client profile deployment.
  • VDI Platforms: Practical familiarity with at least one major broker (Omnissa Horizon, AVD, or AWS WorkSpaces).
  • Scripting & Automation: Proficiency in PowerShell, Bash, or Python for automating configuration tasks and user profiles.
  • Certifications: CompTIA Security+ (or DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level II equivalent); security clearances (such as Secret or TS/SCI) if supporting defense/government contracts.
