Overview of the Accountant role:

<li>Responsibilities include tenant billing and invoicing, journal entries, preparing financial reports, variance analysis, and reconciliations.</li>

<li>Maintain tenant leases, rent calculations, and audit.</li>

<li>Financial statement analysis.</li>

Preferred Qualifications for the Accountant role:

<li>Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in accounting, finance, or related field.</li>

<li>2-6 years of experience in Accounting.</li>
