We are looking for Electrical Project Managers / Assistant Project Managers who will take on the management of key client projects with the goal of delivering every project on time, within budget and within scope.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF PROJECT MANAGER:

-15 Years experience

- Knowledge of Accubid Estimating Software.

- Prepare monthly AIA payment requisitions.

- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.

- Develops contract budget from bid documents to insure accuracy of bid and to identify any errors or omissions. Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

- Coordinates project work and insures field personnel have the required information and material to accomplish construction tasks.

- Estimates and develops change orders for additional work. Follows up to insure timely booking of contract change orders.

- Report and escalate to management as needed.

- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, in accordance with company standards. Maintains project documentation throughout the life of the project.

- Reviews and monitors contract documents and budget, to insure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.

- Review and coordinate equipment and shop drawings. Prepare RFI's. Coordinates and purchases all required equipment.

- Ensures that all required project closeout documentation is completed per project requirements; submits to customer and follows with customer to ensure completeness.

- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER:

- 3+ years experience in the electrical trade. Duties to include

- Assist project managers with daily tasks.

- Preparation and coordination of all RFI’s, transmittals, shop drawings, etc

- Coordination of lighting, switchgear, systems submittals and ability to identify required specifications.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Excellent client facing and internal communication skills

- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF AN ELECTRICAL ESTIMATOR:

-Prepare detailed cost estimates for electrical systems, including labor, materials, and equipment.

-Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project documents to determine project scope and requirements.

-Utilize Accubid software to develop comprehensive and competitive bids.

-Analyze subcontractor and supplier quotes to ensure the best value.

-Identify cost-saving opportunities and provide value-engineering solutions.

-Attend pre-bid meetings, site visits, and client presentations as needed.

-Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to gather necessary information.

-Maintain an organized database of historical cost data and pricing trends.

REQUIREMENTS:

-Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Electrical Estimator, specifically in high-rise, multi-unit residential, and commercial projects.

-Proficiency in Accubid and live count software is required.

-Strong understanding of electrical systems, materials, and industry standards.

-Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.

-Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.

-Ability to work independently and efficiently under tight deadlines.

-Strong communication skills for client and team collaboration.
