What You'll Be Doing
As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a critical role in keeping production equipment running safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair industrial equipment throughout the facility.
- Maintain and repair conveyors, packaging equipment, and automated production systems.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
- Perform electrical maintenance and repairs on systems up to 480V, 3-phase power.
- Troubleshoot motors, sensors, control panels, relays, and industrial electrical components.
- Support PLC-controlled equipment through diagnostics and control-related troubleshooting.
- Perform preventive maintenance to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
- Install, adjust, and commission new equipment and machinery.
- Complete welding and light fabrication projects to support equipment repairs.
- Accurately document repairs, maintenance activities, and parts usage.
- Respond quickly to breakdowns and work with operations teams to restore production.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment while following all maintenance and safety procedures.

What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
- Industrial maintenance, mechanical maintenance, or electrical maintenance experience.
- Strong troubleshooting abilities across mechanical and electrical systems.
- Experience working with conveyors, packaging equipment, or automated machinery.
- Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
- Electrical troubleshooting experience, preferably up to 480V.
- Preventive maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read schematics, diagrams, and technical documentation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience troubleshooting PLC-controlled equipment.
- Background working in manufacturing, distribution, or automated production facilities.
- Welding and fabrication experience.
- Experience with industrial controls and automation systems.
- Advanced electrical troubleshooting experience.
- Experience installing and commissioning equipment.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $38.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
