We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician Specialist to join our apartment community team. This role is ideal for an experienced maintenance professional with advanced troubleshooting abilities in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair. Job Duties:
- Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, electrical components, plumbing fixtures, and household appliances.
- Troubleshoot complex maintenance issues and recommend effective repair solutions.
- Complete service requests efficiently while delivering outstanding customer service.
- Perform preventive maintenance to maximize equipment performance and reduce downtime.
- Prepare apartment homes for new residents by ensuring all systems are operating safely and efficiently.
- Perform general maintenance including drywall repair, painting, carpentry, flooring, doors, windows, and lighting.
- Assist with maintaining community amenities, common areas, and grounds.
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with company standards and safety regulations.
- Participate in the emergency on-call rotation.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of multifamily, residential, or commercial maintenance experience preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of:

- HVAC systems
- Electrical troubleshooting and repair
- Plumbing repair
- Appliance diagnostics and repair
- Drywall, painting, carpentry, and general maintenance
- EPA Certification required (or ability to obtain within a designated timeframe).
- CPO Certification preferred.
- Ability to read/write in English and to understand directives both orally and in writing.
- Ability to read work orders, troubleshoot problems, and complete repairs independently.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Work hours are scheduled around the requirements of the property and are subject to change as needed. Must be able to work in a highly varied work schedule. Job requirements often include weekend work hours.
