Key Responsibilities

- Diagnose basic issues and accurately document device condition
- Create and publish detailed product listings with clear descriptions and specifications
- Take high-quality photos of inventory for online listings
- Research market prices to ensure competitive and profitable pricing
- Maintain consistency and accuracy across all listings and platforms
- Prepare items for shipment, including packaging and labeling
- Process shipping orders and ensure timely, accurate fulfillment
- Track shipments and resolve any fulfillment issues
- Collaborate with buying and inventory teams to verify product details
