Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of ERP administration experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong experience supporting Epicor ERP
- Experience administering ERP security, user management, system configurations, upgrades, and maintenance activities.
- Strong understanding of SQL Server databases and backend ERP architecture.
- Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as SSRS, Power BI, Tableau, Crystal Reports, or similar technologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex business and system problems while working directly with end users.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Epicor Kinetic administration experience.
- Experience with Epicor customizations, BAQs, BPMs, dashboards, and Dev Tools.
- Experience supporting DocStar, EDI, Configurator, or other Epicor modules.
- Background in manufacturing operations and business process improvement.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, SQL Server, integrations, and data migration projects.
- Development experience utilizing C#, .NET, APIs, or related technologies
- Master’s degree from an accredited institution
- Experience in a manufacturing industry

Insight Global is seeking an Epicor ERP Administrator for a permanent, direct hire opportunity in the Cynthiana, KY area for a global leader in manufacturing personal protective equipment. The Epicor Kinetic ERP Specialist is responsible for administering, supporting, and continuously improving an organization's Epicor Kinetic ERP environment. This individual serves as a key business partner to manufacturing, operations, supply chain, and corporate teams, ensuring the ERP system effectively supports organizational goals and operational efficiency. The role combines hands-on system administration, troubleshooting, reporting, user support, and process optimization while working directly with end users to identify root causes, implement solutions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate possesses strong Epicor experience, preferably with Epicor Kinetic, a proactive and self-motivated approach, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to build collaborative relationships across all levels of the organization. Experience with SQL databases, reporting and analytics tools, ERP customizations, and manufacturing business processes is highly valued.
