$95,000–$125,000 Base Salary + Profit-Based Bonus | Knoxville, TN | Full-Time

Rackley Roofing is looking for an experienced General Manager to lead our Knoxville operation and drive growth across East Tennessee.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of an established commercial roofing operation, make key business decisions, develop your team, and share in the success you help create.

What You'll Be Doing

• • Lead the day-to-day operations of our Knoxville commercial roofing business.
  • Manage commercial roofing projects, service teams, and field operations.
  • Take responsibility for budgets, job costs, and profitability.
  • Build and develop a high-performing team.
  • Strengthen customer relationships and identify opportunities for new business.
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
  • Work with senior leadership to grow the business across East Tennessee.

What We're Looking For

• • At least 5 years of commercial roofing management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems, installation, and repairs.
  • Experience managing teams, budgets, and operational performance.
  • A proven ability to build customer relationships and support business growth.
  • A hands-on leader who takes responsibility and gets results.
