Custodian / Facility Maintenance Associate
We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join our team as Custodians / Facility Maintenance Associates. This position is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the facility, including office areas, restrooms, outdoor spaces, trailers, and common areas.
Job Responsibilities
Outdoor Facility Maintenance
- Pick up trash around the outside of the facility multiple times daily
- Blow and maintain pavilion areas
- Clean pavilion tables using hose and cleaning supplies
- Wash entry stairways with soap and water
- Remove trash throughout the day as needed
Building & Office Cleaning
- Clean and sanitize restrooms regularly
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors
- Dust offices, workspaces, and common areas
- Clean windows, stairways, and microwaves
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Maintain coffee stations and clean coffee makers
- Empty water from humidifiers
Shipping, Receiving & Trailer Areas
- Clean Shipping & Receiving areas, including floors, tables, and bathrooms
- Sweep and maintain trailer facilities
- Remove trash from logistics and employment center trailers
Additional Duties
- Wash seasonal employee vests
- Assist with maintaining washing machine and cleaning equipment
- Perform general custodial duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to lift, carry, and move cleaning supplies and trash bags
- Previous custodial or janitorial experience preferred, but not required
Schedule
- Full-time or part-time positions available
- Day shift
- Weekend availability may be required
