Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Engineer to lead the design, development, and execution of custom engineered products. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines mechanical design, project management, customer interaction, and technical mentorship.

Responsibilities

- Design and develop company products using SolidWorks and other engineering software
- Create detailed engineering drawings for customer proposals and manufacturing
- Generate bills of material (BOMs) and routings to support estimating and production
- Develop owner manuals, testing procedures, and engineering documentation
- Perform engineering calculations and equipment sizing
- Provide technical support throughout fabrication, assembly, and production
- Support field installations and troubleshoot product-related issues as needed
- Serve as Lead Engineer on assigned projects, acting as the primary technical contact for customers and vendors
- Manage project schedules, quality objectives, and budgets
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering and design team members
- Guide cross-functional teams through product development and project execution activities

Qualifications
\n

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required
- Minimum of 10 years of engineering experience
- Strong proficiency with SolidWorks CAD software
- Experience creating engineering drawings, BOMs, and manufacturing documentation
- Ability to perform engineering calculations and equipment sizing
- Proven project leadership experience
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills
- Experience supporting manufacturing operations
