About the Role
We are seeking an IT Project Manager to help strengthen the connection between technical execution, business
process needs, and project delivery. This role will improve communication, increase accountability, and help
ensure initiatives move forward with clear ownership, consistent follow-through, and practical structure.
Position Overview
The IT Project Manager will be a technically capable, highly organized team member who supports project activity,
process improvement, and continuity across initiatives and operational needs. This person will help standardize
approaches, track priorities, document workflows, and maintain momentum across active and planned work.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate project activity across IT, business stakeholders, and supporting teams to keep initiativesorganized and moving forward.
- Support process ownership by documenting workflows, maintaining standards, and promoting consistentapproaches across platforms and process areas.
- Improve execution and follow-through by tracking priorities, dependencies, risks, decisions, and next steps.
- Help clarify ownership, identify gaps, and support practical solutions that move work from planning tocompletion.
- Serve as a coordination and escalation resource by connecting technical resources with business needs andproject requirements.
- Improve visibility into active and planned work through clear status updates, project tracking, and stakeholdercommunication.

- Experience coordinating projects, tasks, timelines, or cross-functional initiatives.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate effectively with both technical and businessstakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
- Interest in process improvement, governance, documentation, and standardization.
- Ability to identify gaps, clarify ownership, and help drive practical, timely solutions.
