NOW HIRING: Traveling Maintenance Technician
We are seeking a dependable Traveling Maintenance Technician to support multiple assisted living communities throughout California. This position is responsible for general building maintenance and projects, repairs, preventative maintenance, unit turns and assisting facility teams with day-to-day maintenance operations.
Responsibilities
- Travel between assisted living communities throughout California
- Perform general maintenance repairs including plumbing, electrical, drywall, paint, flooring, tile, and minor HVAC work
- Complete preventative maintenance tasks
- Assist with resident room turns and facility projects
- Troubleshoot maintenance issues and respond to work orders
- Maintain safe and professional work environments
Qualifications
- 3+ years maintenance experience preferred
- Experience in commercial, multifamily, hospitality, healthcare, or assisted living preferred
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building maintenance
- Ability to travel regularly throughout California
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
Compensation & Benefits
- $28–$30/hr depending on experience
