Location: Hammond, WI
Pay: $18/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–1:30 PM
SEEK Careers/Staffing is hiring a Warehouse Custodian to help keep a busy warehouse clean, safe, and organized. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys staying active and takes pride in maintaining a clean work environment.
What You'll Do
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and scrub warehouse floors
- Clean walls, doors, windows, and other areas
- Empty trash and recycling
- Break down cardboard and operate a cardboard compactor
- Maintain clean loading docks and warehouse areas
- Operate a floor-scrubbing machine
- Remove debris, wood fragments, paper, labels, and pallet wrap from work areas
- Manage dumpsters and compacting boxes
- Use a pallet jack
- Assist with other warehouse cleaning and maintenance duties as needed
What We're Looking For
- Forklift experience is required
- Pallet jack experience
- Must be 18 years or older
- Comfortable working in a cool warehouse environment, approximately 35–55°ree;F
- Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- Comfortable performing physical cleaning duties
- Reliable and able to work independently
Dress Code
Dress in layers and wear comfortable shoes suitable for a warehouse environment.
