Maintenance technician wanted for apartment complexes in Cuyahoga Falls. We are seeking maintenance tech candidates&nbsp;who must have&nbsp;3+ yrs experience in apartment maintenance. We are looking for a trustworthy, skilled person to join our company and be part of our team!
 
Daily duties include, but are not limited to
 
<ul>
<li>Service call Maintenance and Repair</li>
<li>Some minor Painting or dry walling</li>
<li>Plumbing</li>
<li>Electrical Repair</li>
</ul>
 
Respond to tenant complaints and concerns in a timely, professional, and appropriate manner to ensure the best experience possible.
 
<ul>
<li>Complete repairs on apartment units between tenants and prep for painters and cleaners</li>
<li>The ability to work under pressure</li>
<li>Excellent time management skills</li>
<li>Maintain a record of acceptable attendance and punctuality</li>
<li>All other duties as assigned</li>
</ul>
