Job Description$200.00 Hiring BonusLocation(s) Suffolk Elementary Schools for the new fall school year starting August 2026 Mack Benn, and Hillpoint Elementary School Pay: $18.00 with benefitsHours: Monday through Friday AM shift 6:30am-9:15am PM shift 3:30pm-6pmReady to lead with purpose?Requirements:MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE and shall meet ONE of the following belowA graduate degree in a child related field such as elementary education, nursing, or recreation form a college or university and six months of programming experienceAn endorsement or bachelors degree in a child related field such as elementary education, nursing or recreation form a college or university an done year of programming experience48 semester hours college credit in a child related subjects or CDA or 72 quarter hours of college credit from a college or university of which 12 semester or 18 quarter hours are in a child related subject and one year of programming experienceTow years of programming experience with one year in a staff supervisory capacity and at least one year of the following education backgrounds: A one year early childhood certificate from a college or university that consists of at least 30 semester hoursCPR and First Aid certification requiredDemonstrated experience in team leadership and supervision preferredAbility to work in a classroom setting with regular bending and lifting (up to 25 pounds)AlphaBEST Education provides extended day, summer, and enrichment programs that are designed to inspire and engage students while they discover and learn beyond the school day in a fun, safe environment.As an AlphaBEST Site Director, you'll lead a meaningful before and after school program that helps kids learn, grow, and thrive.We're looking for an early learning professional who:Enjoys working with children in a structured, high-energy environmentFeels confident taking the lead and running a smooth programTakes pride in delivering a high-quality student and family experience Takes child safety seriously and follows procedures closelyIs flexible, reliable, and ready to jump in wherever neededIn this role, you will:Manage the day-to-day operations of the site: schedules, ratios, staffing, and documentationOversee/facilitate curriculum implementation and ensure activities meet program expectationsBuild a safe and inclusive environment aligned with licensing requirements and AlphaBEST standardsMake child safety the top priority at all timesMaintain licensing compliance, documentation, and readiness for inspectionsTrack and manage site resources, attendance, and food program requirementsSupervise and mentor your site team, providing coaching and feedback, and ensuring training requirements are metRepresent AlphaBEST with professionalism at school and community eventsBuild strong relationships with families, school staff, and AlphaBEST leadership to support student successThis isn't just a job - it's your next step forward.At AlphaBEST, we believe in boosting your potential.
