Schedule & Pay

- Shift: 12-hour shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
- Days: Wednesday – Friday, with alternating Saturdays.
- Rate: $20.00 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor enterprise infrastructure and escalate issues to senior operators or supervisors.
- Execute daily operational tasks and checklists under supervision.
- Document all issues accurately using a tracking system.
- Support system recovery activities to maintain normal operations.
- Provide high-quality customer service and follow-up on technical queries.

Qualifications

- Technical Savvy: A genuine interest in computers and technical systems.
- Customer Service: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Background Requirements: Must be able to pass a standard criminal history check and an FBI-style background check to obtain a state Gaming License.
