Elite Fire & Security, Inc. is seeking an experienced and motivated Security Systems Technician to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who can work independently, troubleshoot efficiently, and provide high-quality installations and service for commercial and residential clients.
Responsibilities
- Installation and service of intrusion alarm systems
- Programming and troubleshooting IP camera and video surveillance systems
- Network configuration and programming for security devices
- Installation, termination, and testing of low-voltage cabling
- Installation and service of access control systems
- Diagnose and repair system issues in the field
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Maintain accurate service documentation and job records
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with commercial and residential security systems
- Knowledge of IP networking and camera programming
- Experience with access control platforms
- Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
- Strong troubleshooting and organizational skills
- Fire alarm installation or service experience is a strong plus
