We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Punch Technician to join our team at our apartment community in Norcross, GA. As a Maintenance Punch Technician, you will assist the Community Manager and Maintenance Supervisor in ensuring the physical condition, safety, and operational readiness of assigned properties. This role involves hands-on maintenance, “make-ready” preparation for vacant units, and daily facility inspections, while delivering high-quality customer service.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain the condition of community facilities, vacant units, and common areas
• Receive, prioritize, and complete all maintenance work orders promptly, including same-day service when possible
• Perform “make-ready” or turnkey punch tasks to prepare vacant units for rental
• Conduct preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other building systems as needed
• Diagnose and repair minor to moderate issues, including carpentry, lock repairs, and small-scale renovations
• Assist with landscaping, pool care, and grounds upkeep as assigned
• Clean and maintain common areas; trash out vacant units
• Provide professional, courteous service to residents and team members
• Communicate progress, follow-ups, and any issues with the Maintenance Supervisor
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and satisfies tenants

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in property maintenance or related field
• Skills in general property operations and “make-ready” preparation
• Ability to work irregular hours, evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills
