Location: Wilkes-Barre PA 18706
Schedule: Monday–Friday 6:30 AM–3:00 PM
Pay Rate: $19.03 / hour
Job Overview
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Testing Support Associate to assist with pharmacy automation testing activities. This hands-on role supports testing operations by replenishing materials, transporting supplies, managing waste, and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on operational work, follows instructions carefully, and takes pride in supporting team success. Reliability, consistent attendance, and a strong commitment to safety are essential for supporting project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Replenish automation canisters and testing equipment with designated materials as instructed.
- Collect, sort, transport, and dispose of waste generated during testing activities.
- Ensure testing materials and supplies remain readily available to support ongoing operations.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of testing work areas.
- Assist project team members with routine operational tasks and material handling.
- Follow all site safety requirements, standard operating procedures, and work instructions.
- Identify and report material shortages, safety concerns, equipment issues, and process disruptions.
- Perform general housekeeping duties to maintain an efficient and professional testing environment.
- Collaborate with team members to support project milestones and testing objectives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, logistics, retail, or production environments.
- Experience with material handling, inventory replenishment, or general housekeeping.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
- Professional communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
