We are seeking an experienced Senior Network Security Specialist to join our growing IT organization in The Woodlands, Texas. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, administering, and supporting enterprise network security solutions across on-premises, cloud, and operational technology (OT) environments.
What You'll Do
- Design, implement, and support enterprise network security solutions.
- Configure and administer Palo Alto NGFW, Panorama, and GlobalProtect.
- Deploy and support Zscaler ZIA, ZPA, and ZDX.
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for network security incidents.
- Implement Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) and cloud security best practices.
- Review, optimize, and maintain firewall policies and security rules.
- Support cloud, office, and OT security initiatives.
- Participate in infrastructure and cybersecurity projects.
- Perform lifecycle management of security appliances.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams.
- Mentor junior engineers.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of enterprise network security experience.
• Strong experience with Palo Alto Networks and Zscaler technologies.
• Experience supporting enterprise firewall environments and Zero Trust architectures.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and troubleshooting skills.
