FCR Cleaning is looking for a motivated sales estimator to join our team in the Twin Cities metro. You'll meet with clients, build estimates, and close jobs — all on your own.
What you'll do:
- Travel to client homes and businesses for in-person estimate appointments
- Walk the property, assess the work, and build an accurate estimate on the spot
- Explain our services — window cleaning, gutter cleaning, holiday lighting — and close the sale
- Represent FCR Cleaning professionally at every appointment
What we're looking for:
- No prior experience in our services required — we train you on everything
- Reliable and self-motivated — you manage your schedule and own your results
- Sales excites you — you want to earn based on your performance
- Strong communicator who builds trust with homeowners quickly

- Base hourly pay plus performance bonuses for closed jobs — strong months push well above the base rate
