Join a dynamic team supporting high-visibility market development initiatives within the obesity and liver space. This hybrid Administrative Project Coordinator role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping projects organized, coordinating meetings and communications, and making sure important details stay on track.
Pay: $26-$28/hr
Schedule: 1st shift M-F
Type of Job: 5-6 month contract
Location: Ridgefield, CT (Hybrid)

Administrative Project Coordinator Daily Tasks: What you will do:
- Provide administrative and project coordination support to the Market Development team.
- Coordinate advisory board activities, including contracting, invitations, scheduling, and participant communications.
- Assist with the development and organization of discussion guides, meeting materials, and other project documentation.
- Track project timelines, deadlines, action items, and follow-up activities to help ensure projects stay on schedule.
- Coordinate communications with internal and external stakeholders and provide timely follow-up as needed.
- Maintain organized electronic files, records, and documentation, including confidential or sensitive information.
- Support special projects and other administrative initiatives as assigned.
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Perform additional administrative and clerical duties as needed.
Administrative Project Coordinator Qualifications/Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in administrative support, project coordination, or a similar role preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
- Experience coordinating meetings, invitations, communications, schedules, or project materials.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to track timelines, action items, and project deliverables.
