About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Worker to help oversee Life Safety Code the maintenance and repair operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully maintenance work, ensure timely repairs, and maintain a safe and clean environment for our residents.
Responsibilities

Conduct regular rounds to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems

Maintain and extend the life of equipment and structures

Collaborate with other departments to ensure that maintenance needs are met and that residents' requests are fulfilled

Develop and manage budgets for maintenance projects and prioritize spending to meet the needs of the community

Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
Requirements:

1 + years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in a Skilled Nursing Facility or healthcare setting

Team player

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
