Key Duties
• Troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance activities.
• Develop and manage preventive maintenance schedules and equipment inspections.
• Ensure maintenance work is accurately documented and completed to quality standards.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to reduce downtime.
• Monitor maintenance performance metrics and report results to leadership.
• Enforce OSHA, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), and company safety requirements.
• Partner with engineering and operations to improve equipment performance and reliability.
**Schedule: ** 2nd, and 3rd shifts available (8-hour shifts), with shift differential pay for off-shift positions
Qualifications
• Associate’s degree or technical certification in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Maintenance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, including maintenance leadership preferred
• Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and/or automation troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance programs, root cause analysis, and reliability practices.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and industrial safety standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
