Full Time 37.5 hrs. per week | $20-$25/hour

As a Maintenance Assistant at Champion City Nursing & Rehabilitation, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and providing exceptional care to our residents. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining a safe and clean environment for our residents and staff.
Responsibilities:
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment, fixtures, and facilities to ensure optimal functioning and safety
• Troubleshoot issues with plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems to identify and resolve problems quickly and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and regulations
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operation of the facility
• Perform tasks in accordance with industry standards and regulations, such as HIPAA and OSHA
