Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor
Employment Type: Full-Time
FLSA Status: Non-exempt
Schedule: Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 4:30pm. This position will be part of the region-based rotating on-call schedule for after hour emergencies.

Reports to: Property Manager
Compensation Package:
- Competitive starting hourly pay range of $31.00-$31.00
- Monthly phone allowance of $50.00

Administrative:

- Comply with OSHA safety regulations
- Attend training and development seminars
- Communicate daily with the Property Manager, and perform tasks as requested
Asset Preservation:
- Ensure the building is in accordance with all applicable building codes, ordinances, pool safety, fire codes, and emergency evacuation regulations
- Perform regularly scheduled inspections of all common areas, fixtures, plumbing, appliances, and pools/hot tubs (if applicable)
- Ensure preventative repairs are done on a regular basis
- Ensure that recalled appliances are promptly replaced
