Job Description
Participate in activities, processes, and standards to fulfill the quality requirements for a manufacturing material, component, or product.
Check, test and inspect raw materials, goods in process and finished goods.
Audit, monitor, determine the quality of product produced.
Compare physical characteristics of components, materials, equipment, and products to technical specifications to identify defects.
Record results and prepare technical reports.
Verify proper packaging and correct labeling of product.
Complete production reports accurately.
Conduct quality audits of operators and report any issues to the quality supervisor immediately.
Assist in identifying root cause analysis in quality defects; assist in developing corrective actions.
Capable of using quality equipment and systems to enter inspection data into quality systems.
Capable of standing and working an 8-hour shift.
Capable of lifting a 30-pound box using safe lifting technique.
