Senior Project Manager – Manufacturing & Signage
Green Meadows Partners is recruiting for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a growing organization in the signage and branding industry. This is a key leadership opportunity for someone with a strong background in manufacturing, project management, estimating, and cost control. The Senior Project Manager will oversee complex signage and branding projects, manage customer relationships, monitor financial performance, and provide leadership and guidance to the project management team.
We're looking for someone who can see the big picture while staying involved in the details. You'll be responsible for keeping projects on track, identifying opportunities to improve profitability, solving challenges, and ensuring customers receive exceptional service.

What You'll Do
- Oversee the planning, coordination, and successful execution of signage and branding projects
- Manage customer relationships and ensure projects meet expectations for quality, timelines, and cost
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, project performance, and profitability
- Prepare and review project estimates, budgets, and pricing
- Obtain and evaluate bids from subcontractors and material suppliers
- Manage purchase orders and coordinate subcontractor activities
- Monitor project schedules, financial performance, and overall progress
- Prepare and maintain project forecasts, financial reports, and status updates
- Coordinate with estimating, engineering, production, and logistics teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Identify opportunities for cost savings, value engineering, and process improvements
- Support sales forecasting and project financial planning
- Mentor, train, and develop members of the project management team
- Ensure customer branding and implementation standards are followed throughout project execution
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives across the organization
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in estimating, cost control, and/or engineering
- Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of estimating techniques, engineering principles, and cost control systems
- Experience managing complex projects, budgets, timelines, and customer expectations
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and site plans
- Strong financial and analytical skills with an understanding of project profitability
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop team members
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines
