Job DescriptionAbout the Role:Join Metropolitan Management Group LLC as a Maintenance Supervisor, where you will play a vital role in ensuring our properties are well-maintained and safe for residents. Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily maintenance operations, ensuring timely completion of work orders.
• Supervise and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities, including preventive maintenance programs.
• Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and cost effectiveness
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory.
• Collaborate with property management to develop and implement maintenance policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a maintenance supervisor or similar role in property management.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems and carpentry.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Certification in maintenance management or related field is a plus.
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills are essential.
