- Must have a Bachelor of Architecture degree. (Don't bother to apply if you don't have one)
- Computer skills to include proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit
- Knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
- Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize multiple projects and adjust work accordingly, often against fast deadlines.
- Coordinate with Civil, Structural & MEP engineers.
- Work with governing authorities on obtaining building permits, documenting code review & approvals
- An individual who has a passion for Architecture and who believes that good design can make a difference.
