Job Description QA Inspector – 2nd Shift Location: Delavan, WI
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire
Pay: $18-$20/hr, based on experience We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Inspector to join a manufacturing team on 2nd shift. The ideal candidate will have quality inspection experience and a background in electrical components, wiring, or testing. Responsibilities
- Inspect products and components to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
- Perform visual and dimensional inspections
- Identify and document quality issues and non-conforming products
- Read and interpret work instructions, specifications, and drawings
- Work closely with production teams to maintain quality standards
- Complete inspection records and quality documentation
- Follow all safety and quality procedures
Qualifications
- Previous quality inspection experience preferred
- Electrical experience required
- Ability to use measuring and inspection tools
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to read and follow technical documentation
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
