What You'll Do:As a Service Technician, you will report to the Community Manager and be responsible for maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of the property. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Responding promptly to all service requestsPerforming daily preventive maintenanceMaintaining pool operations (if applicable)Assisting with landscaping and grounds careSupporting make-ready efforts for new move-insEnsuring resident satisfaction through quality work and communicationWhat We're Looking For:HVAC or EPA Certification (Preferred)Experience with pool maintenance (Preferred)At least 2 years of hands-on experience in apartment maintenance or a similar roleStrong knowledge of basic repairs, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance workA customer-first attitude with great communication skillsWillingness to be part of an on-call rotationPhysical Requirements:Ability to lift up to 75 lbsComfortable with bending, stooping, crawling, and working in tight spacesAbility to work overhead for extended periodsMust be able to walk the property and climb stairs frequently If you're ready to bring your maintenance expertise to a welcoming and fast-paced apartment community, apply today and become a vital part of The Cottages at Conway family!
