Job Title: Configuration Analyst

Work Schedule: Onsite, M-F

Pay Rate: $30/hr W2 + optional benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401k)

Duration of Contract: Long term contract with extension/conversion possibility
\n
Responsibilities:
\n
- \n
- Configure, refurbish, test, and upgrade end-user hardware and software (laptops/desktops/peripherals) to support redeployment back into the field.
- Provide deskside/endpoint support, troubleshooting device issues and validating full functionality prior to release.
- Perform light network engineering tasks as needed to support device configuration and testing (e.g., basic connectivity checks, port/cable validation, network access verification).
- Execute standardized test procedures and accurately document results, ensuring high attention to detail and minimal errors.
- Log testing outcomes and device status updates in designated databases/tools in a timely, consistent manner.
- Partner closely with Facilities and other onsite stakeholders to coordinate device intake, staging, and return-to-field readiness.
- Work reliably on-site in a shared/open workspace, following daily schedules set by floor supervisors.
- Adhere to required break schedules and operational processes to maintain production flow and team coverage.

Required Skills:
