Maintenance company seeking an EXPERIENCED MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN / HANDYMAN. Resume or detailed work experience including name, phone number and e-mail must be submitted to schedule immediate interview.
The EXPERIENCED, TALENTED, DETAILED and DEDICATED individual will work within a dynamic and growing company providing quality services to commercial clients. Our various facility services include general maintenance and repairs of commercial offices and client’s properties, demo, rebuilding and construction tasks, electrical, plumbing and minor HVAC maintenance and finding creative solutions to our client’s property needs.
Responsibilities include:
>Handling Maintenance Service Calls, Repairs and Projects.
>Working projects with other Team Members, supervising vendors and sub-contractors.
>Responding to client locations to assess and resolve maintenance and service issues.
>Supervising and assisting other company divisions between projects and service calls.
>Ensuring our client locations and employees have needed supplies.
>Responding to calls for service or emergencies as/when needed.
>Will have On-Call responsibilities for emergencies.
>Must embrace a flexible schedule to accomplish required tasks.
>Must have flexibility; some work requires weekend/after-hours needs.
>Occasional travel in company vehicles to Ft. Myers, Tampa, Orlando, Jacksonville for projects. >Company pays hotel and meals.
Candidates must:
>Be over legal age and legally eligible to work in the US. We use E-Verify.
>Have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
>Be able to pass a background and drug screen.
>Be able to use smartphone and e-mail.
>Understand basic use of Outlook E-mail, Excel and Word.
>Have provable Handyman/Maintenance/Repair Technician experience.
>Be reliable, responsible, detailed quality driven and self-motivated.
>Able to work alone and as part of a crew.
>Must be able to speak English AND Spanish.

Some of our work includes: cabinets work/installation, drywall repairs/installation. Plumbing work/changing toilets/clogs/P-Traps/valves/etc., electrical/fixture replacements/ballasts/installation/switches and outlets/extensions/etc., Pressure Washing, and general maintenance repairs.
