We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for a heavy industrial manufacturing environment. This position will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment breakdowns, and repair mechanical and electrical systems.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair wire mesh welding machines, razor wire equipment, hydraulic presses, compressors, chillers, pumps, and other industrial machinery.
- Troubleshoot PLCs, servo drives, sensors, limit switches, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
- Replace bearings, chains, sprockets, rollers, valves, cylinders, and other components.
- Perform preventive maintenance and maintain service logs.
- Assist with installation and commissioning of new equipment.
- Follow all LOTO, PPE, and plant safety procedures.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of heavy industrial maintenance experience
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics
- Welding system knowledge preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Flexible for overtime, weekends, and on-call repairs as needed
