Job Description
The Cleaning Technician services office buildings and industrial sites during daytime shifts, reporting to the Cleaning Supervisor. This role performs routine cleaning and sanitation tasks, maintains a safe and orderly environment, and works every Saturday. Technicians must be able to transport themselves to client accounts and handle physical work, including lifting 50+ pounds, bending, and stretching.
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize surfaces throughout assigned facilities.
- Perform floor care, including routine cleaning and maintenance.
- Sanitize restrooms and replenish restroom supplies.
- Dust and vacuum assigned areas.
- Collect and dispose of waste according to safety procedures.
- Restock cleaning supplies and use supplies responsibly.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and report maintenance needs.
- Follow workplace safety and cleaning procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Customer service skills.
- Ability to transport oneself to client accounts.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds, bend, and stretch.
- Availability to work daytime shifts every Saturday.
Preferred Qualifications
