Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Schedule and workload may vary based on operational needs. Overtime may be required.
Job Summary
LJ's Cleaning Solutions is seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Cleaner to perform cleaning and maintenance duties at new construction sites. This position involves general construction cleanup, window washing, pressure washing, and maintaining clean and safe work environments.
A current resume is required for consideration.
Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning at new construction sites, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal
- Clean windows using ladders up to 24 feet for second-story access
- Pressure wash windows, concrete, and other assigned surfaces
- Properly handle cleaning chemicals and dispose of wastewater in compliance with EPA regulations
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and pressure-washing equipment
- Inspect and maintain cleaning equipment
- Follow company safety procedures and wear appropriate protective equipment
- Perform additional construction cleaning duties as assigned
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Construction cleaning experience required; similar industrial cleaning experience may be considered
- 2+ years of construction cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and physical examination
- Reliable transportation
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to perform repetitive bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, standing, walking, and reaching
- Must be comfortable working on ladders and using cleaning equipment
- Flexibility to work varying schedules based on operational needs
