POSITION SUMMARY
As Maintenance Coordinator you will assist the maintenance team with administrative tasks, maintain the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) system (Q-Pulse), order parts and spares as required, keep key and critical spares organised and analyse stock levels, organise and liaise with contractors when required and keep documentation in order to ensure we are compliant with H&S law, regulatory requirements and obligations for our quality compliance.
You will be first line of contact for breakdowns and will assist in mobilising the maintenance team in order to resume operations ASAP and collect information to report on progress.
Reporting to the Senior Maintenance Engineer, you will assist with gathering data regarding maintenance performance (KPI), assisting with 3rd party audits and producing reports as required.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
- Maintain Q-Pulse PPM system
- Maintain Q-Pulse Operator Maintenance liaising with operations and ensuring compliance
- Maintain Q-Pulse Calibration records and organise calibration internally and externally as required
- Order and maintain stock records for spares/consumable parts as required
- Liaise with external contractors and coordinate works as required
- Support contractor visits/works including Pre-visit administration, organising H&S induction, Permits to work and filing of job reports etc
- Gather information on breakdowns, coordinate maintenance team to react and track jobs from instigation to completion
- Gather and present KPI data regarding maintenance operational performance
- Assist with internal and 3rd party audits ensuring documentation is available and up to date.
- Manage administration of department skills matrix and training records
- Manage administration of internal safety check sheets liaising with operations and ensuring compliance
- All other duties assigned.

REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES)
- Good communication skills, fluent in English both written and spoken, self-motivated, team player, P.C literate
- SAP user, Q-Pulse user, Maintenance background, Knowledge of PUWER, LOLER and other relevant regulatory requirements.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE (required levels)
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One year certificate from college or technical school or six months related experience and/or training.
