I'm looking to connect with experienced Site Superintendents and Construction Superintendents for a major pharmaceutical facility expansion with Exyte, serving as the EPC partner for the end client.
\n
This is a large-scale, technically complex project requiring proven field leadership and direct experience with pharmaceutical facility construction.

🔹 What We're Looking For:

- \n
- Direct experience supervising pharmaceutical facility construction or major expansions
- Strong understanding of field execution, construction drawings, specifications, and quality requirements
- Experience coordinating multiple trades, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Proven ability to drive project schedules, manage field progress, and resolve construction challenges
- Experience with MEP systems, cleanrooms, or other technically complex facility environments
- Background managing large-scale construction projects and multidisciplinary field teams
- Strong communication, leadership, and safety management skills
